Top 5 Translucent / Loose Powder

Translucent powder is a sheer, colourless facial powder usually used to set makeup, not to cover or add colour. It can also be used just to control shine and give the complexion a matte finish. Apply translucent powder with a large powder brush, brushing lightly all over your face

I really have an oily skin especially in my T-Zone area and Im not really aware of any translucent powder.  I normally only used Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder to set my foundation until I start watching the Makeup Guru in Youtube.

So for the past 3 years, I tried different loose/translucent powder and these are the only 5 powder really stand out to me.

Just for your info, if you have an oily skin and you’re staying in middle east there’s no way that you will not re-apply or re touch your makeup.. Trust me! So for all of these products I am still re-touching my makeup 2-3x.

Final Thoughts:  Overall, I love all of these products. I do recommend using this if you really have an oily skin. I’m not sure with the dry skin because it may be dry out onto your face.. or it depends on the foundation you are using or amount you will put.

Caring for your skin is not an optional item on your daily list of things to do. Moisturizing your skin and keeping it well hydrated is an important step to follow. It helps the skin to maintain its normal moisture balance, puts lost moisture back into your skin and it also helps create the perfect base for your foundation.  Many people with oily skin believe that moisturizing is unnecessary for them. But this may not really be true. Allowing your skin to get excessively dry may actually worsen your oily skin problems and cause acne or red patches.

Drink plenty of water each day to clear out the toxins from your skin and to keep it supple and elastic all day long.  Another daily skin care tip is to pay attention to the products that you use on your skin each day and note how your skin feels or reacts afterwards. This helps you identify the cosmetics, creams and moisturizers that suit your skin best and have the least harmful impact. The same attention needs to be paid to the hair care products you use since these may also have an effect on your skin, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Colourpop Cosmetics - Ultra Matte Lipstick - Review & Swatches

I decided to try this out because of all my youtube makeup guru is talking about this amazing colourpop cosmetics. Its been 3 months when I purchase these ultra matte lip from colourpop cosmetics. So i can really say how much i feel about this. The pigmentation of their eyeshadows is amazingly GOOD. I only own 2 shades of their eyeshadows though (coconut & nillionaire), :( but im quiet happy with the pigmentations. 

Back to matte lipstick! i think i got 22 colour of their ultra matte lipstick and 3 of them i gave it away to my friends because when they so me wearing that for the first time they fell in love as well.. 

Basically im living in Abu Dhabi, UAE so there's no way you can buy that here except here. Good thing is i have a shop and ship account and i manage to buy online although the shipping fee is quiet expensive than the lisptick.. but im still happy :)

The Ultra matte lipstick is only $ 6.00, really afforadable right.

At first, Im kinda scared to use this  outside because i dont know how i feel or if i will be comfortable when im eating or drinking. I dont have any matte lipstick except these so Im really realllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyy happy when i tried this especially the "SOLOW" shades.. my gosh it's so smooth, easy to apply and comfortable in my lipst. I mean its not sticky, chalky and greasy.. Im so impressed..

My favorites shades are "TULLE" ofcourse, LAX, SOLOW & 1st BASE

 So over all, i am really happy having this matte lisptick although there's some few colours that didnt last longer and a bit chalky but most of them are great. I still have loads to try out especially the bright colours. 

I believe there's a lot of new shades are avaible and im already thinking buying it again :) :) :)

I really recommend to buy this. You will not regret trying this out.
